Viewing and Matching Pharmacy Dispensed Messages

1.

From the Orders notification box on the Dashboard, click the Not Matched row.

 

Note:

·         The Pharmacy Order Match List will open displaying all messages with a status of *Not Matched.

·         The Load Status column will display whether the Resident is unmatched or the order is unmatched.

 

 

2.

Click  from the Actions column for the message you wish to match.

3.

Click .

 

Note:

·         A list of all of the resident’s orders will appear.

4.

Click Match for the order you wish to match the dispensed message to.
