Add a Resident's Room and Bed Information During Admission

1.

Click the Room and Bed tab on the Admissions page.

2.

Select a date from the Admit Date drop-down and enter a time in the Admit Time field.

3.

Select a unit from the Unit drop-down.

4.

Select a room from the Room drop-down and a bed from the Bed drop-down.

5.

Select a different physician from the Physician drop-down, if the pre-filled physician name is incorrect.

6.

Enter any additional information in the Comments field.

7.

Select the applicable resident group from the Groups drop-down if Default is incorrect.

8.

Select on option from the Room and Board drop-down, if information is available.

9.

Select on option from the Clinical Services drop-down, if information is available.

10.

Click Save + Next or Save + Close, as applicable.
