Below are the known issues discovered over the course of the 20.8/2018 R1 release.

 

Resolved by using the workaround.

 338460 Logo located in the upper left corner of the Web Browser appears overlapped and jumbled.  12/06/2017 Resolved by using the workaround.

 338460  When accessing the Welcome screen, none of the widgets are appearing on the dashboard, instead, the screen appears gray.   12/06/2017 Resolved
Workaround A default dashboard must be selected to resolve this issue. Please reference the following article for the steps to do this: Selecting Your Default Dashboard - CRM
 338747  When scheduling a follow-up activity on the web client an Internal Server Error (500) is thrown.  12/07/2017  Resolved

 339425 Administrator Role Missing Secured Action to View Administration Entity Upon Upgrade.  12/07/2018   Resolved 
Workaround Manually add the following Secured Actions back to Administrator Role: Navigation/Administration/View Toolbar/Administration/View  Please reference the following article for the steps to do this:[Secured Action] Steps to Add Secured Action - CRM
  With the new feature to add and remove groups from the group layout within an entity, the following Secured Action is required: Entities/ Group/Edit   4/6/2018   Resolved

 338917  When exporting groups to Excel the progress bar is getting stuck at 0%.   12/08/2017  Resolved 
Workaround  
   Pick Lists that are edited or created in Internet Explorer cannot be seen.    
Workaround  When editing or creating a Pick List, use Google Chrome.
   On the browser the Activity Date in List View is one day off from the Activity Date seen on the Activity Details page. (this is not an issue on the mobile app)    
       
Workaround  
   Some grids and groups are showing a discrepancy of one day from the detailed view of the information.     
Workaround  The system administrator for your organization can edit the date format for the grid or group impacted to be specifically listed as MM/DD/YYYY.
