Adding an Administration Record Note - CM

There is a way to add a resident specific instructions to an Electronic Medication/Treatment Administration Record when an order or a sign-off are not required. 

Please follow the steps below to add a note to a resident's administration record.



  1. Locate resident's Administration Record
  2. Click Medication Administration Note icon to add new 
  3. Type in resident specific instructions.
  4. Click Save
