You may notice while on the 24 hour report that certain residents and events may appear automatically without users sending that resident/even to report. Some events can be setup to automatically trigger onto the 24 hour report. Significant time savings are realized with automatic population of 24 Hour Report and it also allows staff to access real-time data on the 24 Hour Report.
The following items can be automatically populated to the 24 Hour Report:
- Accident & Incident
- Administration Record (Not Administered/Not Collected Reasons)
- CNA Assignments (Not Performed Reasons)
- Scheduled Discharge
